On this website, PostBus provides road-based public transport companies with all the necessary information on preventing or dealing with the consequences of a possible electricity shortage on public transport. As part of its role coordinating transport in the event of incidents (KOVE), PostBus is responsible for system management of regional public passenger transport (RPT) on the roads.
Within this role, PostBus is responsible for imposing operational measures and publishing information for the sector. This also involves the consistent implementation of measures decreed by the Confederation in the field of licensed, road-based public transport (bus, trolleybus, tram).
